TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our Sapphire Bliss Management reserves the right to confirm or deny any booking.
TO SECURE A BOOKING - A partial payment of 50% of the rent portion of the quote, is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $300.00], must be fully settled 45 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
CANCELLATIONS - Payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may be considered at the owner's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Any refunds made will be minus the credit card processing fees if applicable.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT - Any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
PETS - Pets are not permitted in the unit or on Sapphire Beach.
CLEANING FEE - each booking contains a one-time mandatory cleaning fee
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - an optional mid-week cleaning is available at an additional fee
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the quote given
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – The $300.00 damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of departing the unit provided the following provisions are met:
1. No damage to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear
2. No linens are lost or damaged
3. No evidence of smoking in the unit or on the balcony
RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice
NO PARTIES ALLOWED – Large gatherings, weddings, or other meetings without written approval are not allowed. Anyone found to be in violation of this rule is subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of the damage deposit.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
THIS RENTAL IS PRIVATELY OWNED - The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or using its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests, or others whom they invite on the premises are expressly assuming the risks of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
CHILDREN – While Our Sapphire Bliss welcomes children, it is the responsibility of the parents to supervise all activities of children so that they do not sustain injuries. This includes supervision around all appliances, in stairways, on the balcony, and in or around the water. By accepting this reservation, you agree that all adult guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to underage minors arising from use of premises.
BY ACCEPTING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE
